
As EFFPA’s founder and President, Bill is a seasoned veteran of the financial services industry with a BS in Finance and Economics from Kutztown University. He earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 2002, 2012, and 2019, respectively. These marks of excellence represent more than 1000 combined hours of study in key financial disciplines, including insurance, income taxation, retirement planning, investments, and estate planning.
While he helps people of all professions, Bill’s particular expertise has been in working with educators since 1992. His extensive knowledge of PSERS has enabled him to help hundreds of teachers across 41 districts successfully plan for their futures and realize their retirement goals.
In 2017, Bill was inducted into John Hancock’s coveted Hall of Fame. In 2018, he qualified for his 17th ACE (Achieving Client Excellence) award with Signator Investors, Inc.
Bill lives in Royersford with his wife, Missy (EFFPA’s COO and VPoCH) and mini dachshund, Winnie. In his free time, he can be found working on anything with an engine, playing his guitar, and logging miles on his Harley.
